The LW metal bending testing machine adopts hydraulic loading, and the test process is manually operated. The test results fully meet the requirements of GB/T232-1999 "Metal Material Bending Test Method". It is mainly used for the bending mechanical performance test of metal plates, bars, rebar for construction and other materials.

The LW-50 main engine adopts a double-column fixed beam structure, the loading cylinder is placed on the top, and the screw is manually operated to adjust the distance between the bending rollers. It is hydraulically loaded and equipped with plug-in cold bending fixtures. The specimen is bent to the angle required for the test.

The main engine of LW-300 adopts a four-column fixed beam structure, and the loading oil cylinders are distributed vertically and horizontally in two directions. The two-way screw is rotated by the hand wheel to make the bending rollers advance/retreat synchronously, so as to adjust the distance between the cold bending rollers. Hydraulic two-way cylinder loading, equipped with plug-in cold bending fixture, manual operation of the entire bending test process. During the cold bending test, after the vertical oil cylinder bends the sample once, the horizontal auxiliary cylinder applies a pressing force to make the sample bend with interference, and the bending angle after unloading is equal to 180°.
