NDW-M series microcomputer control bolt friction coefficient detection machine


This series of testing machines is mainly used for the friction coefficient detection test of high-strength bolts, which meets the European standard EN14399.2C-2005, GB/T32076.2-2015, JGJ 82-2011 "High-strength bolts in steel structures" Connection Technical Regulations", GB/T16823.3-2010 "Fastener Torque-Clamping Force", GB/T1231-2006, GB 50205-2001 "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering" and JB/T 9370- 2015 " According to the requirements of "Technical Conditions for Torsion Testing Machine", the test system is mainly composed of main engine, torsional compression mechanism, deceleration loading mechanism, servo system, control data acquisition system, computer and its test software, and other necessary loading brackets and accessories. The configuration of the data acquisition system includes four loop channels such as tightening torque, friction torque, axial clamping force, and rotation angle. The fastening torque, friction torque and rotation angle of high-strength bolts are measured, and the corresponding data can be calculated through the data processing system.
