LWW Microcomputer Control Electric Clothing Multi-channel Bending Test Machine
The LWW microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo multi-channel bending testing machine adopts a three-dimensional two-dimensional space loading structure. Through the self-developed multi-channel PC servo controller and multi-channel servo hydraulic system, it realizes bending in the vertical and horizontal two-dimensional space. Servo asynchronous and synchronous loading throughout the test. Finally, the tested sample was bent to 180° to meet the test requirements. The computer controls the whole test process, simultaneously displays the vertical bending test force, displacement and bending angle, and draws the test force-displacement curve. It fully meets the requirements of GB/T232-1999 "Bending Test Method for Metal Materials", and is mainly used for bending mechanical performance tests of metal plates, bars, and rebar for construction.
