YAW-A series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine is mainly used for compression tests of various materials, such as: compressive strength tests of cement, concrete, various building bricks, rubber mats, concrete components, metal components, etc.
This series of testing machines is mainly composed of main engine, servo oil source, electric control cabinet and computer printer. Adopt hydraulic loading, oil pressure sensor force measurement, electro-hydraulic servo control system to automatically control the test process, the computer screen displays test data and curves, and can process, store and print data.
The main engine adopts the movable beam main engine under the oil cylinder, and the movable beam can adjust the test space arbitrarily within a certain range. The host part is mainly composed of four parts: beam, lead screw, workbench and trolley.
The hydraulic principle is a load-adaptive meter-in throttle speed regulation system. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the oil circuit through the high-pressure gear pump driven by the motor, flows through the check valve, high-precision high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve group, servo valve, and enters the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinder and realizing the control of constant velocity test force and relative displacement.
