The computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo steel strand tester is mainly used for tensile test of steel strands for prestressed concrete. This equipment is an integrated product of mechanical,hydraulic, electrical, and computer. It adopts the lower cylinder, electric adjustment of test space, hydraulic automatic fixture, vertical frame structure, servo-controlled test loading, automatic data collection by computer, printing results, convenient operation, and test. High accuracy and smooth afterburning. It is mainly used to test the maximum force (Fm), tensile strength (Rm), elastic modulus (E), total maximum elongation of the steel strand, and the specified non-proportional elongation force (Rp0. 2) At the same time, compression and bending tests can be performed on metals, non-metals and components, which not only meets the requirements of GB / T 5224-2003 prestressed concrete steel strand tensile test, but also suitable for steel strand tensile test. Fully meet the GB / T228-200 × metal material room temperature tensile test and GB / T232-1999 metal material bending test (requires relevant fixtures).
