  YAW-A series microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine is mainly used for compression test of various materials, such as compressive strength test of cement, concrete, various building bricks, rubber pads, concrete members, metal members, etc.
  This series of test machine is mainly composed of main machine, servo oil source, electric control cabinet and computer printer. Hydraulic loading, oil pressure sensor force measurement, and electro-hydraulic servo control system are used to automatically control the test progress. The computer screen displays test data and curves, which can be used for data processing, storage and printing.
The main engine adopts a mobile beam main engine under the oil cylinder. The mobile beam can freely adjust the test space within a certain range. The main part is mainly composed of four parts: beam, screw, table and trolley.
  Hydraulic principle is load-adaptive oil-intake throttle throttle speed regulation system. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank enters the oil circuit through the high-pressure gear pump driven by the motor, flows through the check valve, high-precision high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve group, servo valve, and enters the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, so as to control the flow rate into the oil cylinder, and realize the control of constant speed test force and relative displacement.
