Heavy-Duty Reciprocating Friction and Wear Testing Machine

Description
Technical Parameter

The heavy load reciprocating friction and wear testing machine uses the crank slider mechanism rod to realize the reciprocating linear motion of the moving sample block, and the moving and static sample blocks adopt the plane surface contact sliding friction form. After setting the load, reciprocating power frequency and lubrication conditions, the friction and wear performance of the tested sample is tested.  The testing machine is especially suitable for evaluating the antifriction and wear-resistance characteristics and comprehensive service performance of composite self-lubricating materials, powder metallurgy materials and bimetallic materials.
